What is Logger?
The Logger tool simply saves and displays all HTTP traffic passing through Burp. This includes traffic generated by all the tools, as well as any add-ons. Note that the HTTP history only includes traffic that passed through the Proxy, and does not include, for example, the HTTP traffic generated by the tools.
Utilizing the Logger Tool
You can control what the tool saves and also separately what the tool displays by using the Capture and View filters.
Capture filters.
View filters.
You can, for example, adjust the tool to save and display only In-Scope requests, i.e. requests that are targeted only to the chosen scope. This is often advisable, especially if the application includes a lot of integration and loads these on the browser side, resulting in a lot of traffic passing through Burp to third-party pages.

The URL column of the Logger tool shows the URL but no parameters.
